OUR RICE

The technique of handcrafted stone mill rice husking guarantees a light shelling of the grain, which maintains the nutrients present in the outer part – it is these that are responsible for the taste and consistency of cooked rice. Processing in individual lots and the use of vacuum packaging ensures that stored batches remain fresh and homogeneous. Finally, the product is rigorously selected according to the colour, purity and size of the grains. This is how Bersaglio rice by gliAironi is produced.

This comes from the northern regions of India and Pakistan. Long and tapered grain, sandalwood scent and delicate flavour. Preferably steamed, this is an ideal side dish for both meat and fish courses.

A mix of fibre-packed wholegrain rices, ideal for the preparation of rice salads

SUSHI

Its round, small and pearly grain increases greatly in volume and, thus absorbs the taste of the condiment without becoming too sticky. This makes this rice ideal for traditional sushi preparation.
